Herbaceous and savoury with a rounded, umami base. The workhorse of the range.
- French Citrus
Elegant and aromatic — citrus-forward, herbal, softly warming.
- Bright Pepper
Bright citrus over warm pepper, grounded by flake salt. Fresh, not sharp.
- AyurCurry
Aromatic, warming and rounded — Madras character without the burn Madras might suggest.
- Chilli Libre
Warm, rounded heat with real chilli character. Bold, never punishing.
- Honey'd Heat
Fruity Aleppo warmth with a rounded sweet finish. Forgiving and crowd-pleasing.
- Smoke & Flame
Smoky, savoury and deep, with a long warming finish.
The marks above are true of every one of them, and the set contains mustard.
